This wax melter for wax hands is all you need to be capable of handling any event! The wax hand cart is approx. 48" in length, and width of cart including wheels extends 21" wide. The vat on the cart has a height of 29" and is 39" high with the handle bar attached. The tank and sleeves within the housing box is stainless steel. The housing box of the waxhand machine shown here is painted and can be air brushed to your choice. Air Brush Artwork is extra. You may decide to get the art work done in your own area after receiving the machine. We can also tell you a simple way to paint the machine and put your own hands on the machine for personalized look.
The wax hand melter unit is a "water jacket" unit. This is the best machine as far as not having down time since the spare parts can be picked up most any hardware stores locally in your area (unlike any High Tech Computerized wax hand machine). It takes about approx. 8 hours (depending on the starting degree of area stored) to melt the wax down (we travel with wax melted - holds 150 pounds of wax) and plugs into a regular plug. The machine is 13 amps and pulls 1500 watts when on (it regulates temperature so it is not on all the time, it kicks on and off to keep temperature steady. If temperatures are extremely cold you can leave machine out in storage and plug in without worry of temperatures hurting the components. Keep in mind the time factor to melt down may take a few hours longer. ALL WAX HAND MACHINES WORLDWIDE TAKE HOURS TO MELT DOWN AND NEED TO BE VERSATILE TO TRAVEL WITH THE WAX ALREADY MELTED. ALL OF OUR SYSTEMS CAN TRAVEL WITH THE WAX MELTED DOWN AND READY TO GO ON-SITE. OUR MACHINERY IS EQUAL IN TEMPERATURE IN ALL THE SLEEVES UNLIKE SOME OTHER MACHINES THAT ARE COMPUTERIZED WITH OTHER TYPE OF HEATING SYSTEMS. BEWARE: If you read of machinery for wax hands showing you to have temperatures at above 155 degrees this is not safe. Scalding is at the temperate of 160. You can verify this through your local Childrens Hospital or burn center on temperatures and skin contact!!! We are very concerned of the companies that have just emerged selling candle making equipment and using such uneven temperature in the different vats of one unit and the high temperature degrees used as well!! These are NOT SAFE! Ask the companies to give credential and proof as to “how long” they have been selling machines and references. We can provide this!
